Pre-payment Requirement: To secure your preferred time slot, all lessons must be paid for in advance.
Price Adjustments: Please note that lesson rates, including our automatic driving lessons, are subject to change due to operational costs such as fuel price fluctuations.
Package Validity: Bulk lesson packages (e.g., 10-lesson blocks) must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.
We understand that plans change. However, to maintain our high standard of service and respect our instructors’ schedules, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in the full lesson fee being charged.
While we make every effort to accommodate specific requests—including our premium feature of providing female instructors upon request—availability is subject to scheduling and cannot always be guaranteed for every time slot.
At ABC Driving Academy, we pride ourselves on our high pass rates and expert-tailored success. However, the final outcome of any practical driving test is determined solely by the licensing authority. Completion of our lessons does not guarantee a passing result, as performance on the day of the test is the responsibility of the learner.
ABC Driving Academy and its instructors shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of our site or reliance on any information provided during tuition, except where required by Australian law.
